WE ARE GOING TO THE ZOO ZOO ZOO HOW ABOUT YOU YOU YOU WE ARE GOING TO THE ZOOOOOOOO!
HAHAH i just had to type that out. im singing this in the office now but its kinda noisy here so nobody can hear me. COOL.
anyway i think im going shopping tonight. YAY(: have been having lots of input (work) but havent had any output (spending) at all and thus its not right! oh yea oh yea.
i had lunch w gavin FB and charis CBP today! (notice that my friends' names are all in abbreviations HURHUR) FB was rather nice cos he shelled our prawns for us! and as he was shelling it, he said smt along this line- "which cgl in the world would shell prawns for their cg kids HUH HUH HUH. im the best!" HAHAH. yea la FB we appreciate it!
one thing which i have discovered today is that FB and charis are really bestest friends, living up to the name which they gave each other truly. WOAH we were eating yami yoghurt at the square outside raffles place mrt after lunch, just chilling and people watching at the same time AND then suddenly both of them had the time of their lives commenting and tearing people to SHREDS. HAHAH in unison somemore. CRUMBLES.

i think i spoke more mandarin today than i did in the past few months and this feeling rocks! i havent been speaking proper mandarin regularly since higher chinese paper ended last nov and its fast becoming rusty, much to my dismal. BUT BUT ever since i started work i have had quite a few opportunities to re- oil it again and even though i must say that its far from great, i feel good. so this thing for chinese hasnt quite died off in me eh. hurhur. i really like the language. its beautiful. esp when i get to apply it in my daily life. i would have majored in it if there werent other stuff which appeared along the way which i also like and at the same time is, what many would say, more practical. sometimes im actually quite upset w myself for thinking in that way. im not saying that majoring in chinese is not practical and in fact i think its totally cool but i guess it just aint the best route for me to take personally after much weighing and consideration. aye i dont know how to explain this. SIGH. THAT SAID, i hope i'll continue to stay fluent in the language just for the love of it and not because it'll be more useful or more advantageous to.
